All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions can vary depending on the service — for instance, sunset cruises come with premium beverages and snacks, while corporate charters offer amenities such as meeting facilities and options for business-oriented catering.
How far in advance should I book?
To ensure availability, we suggest booking a charter 2–3 weeks prior to your intended date, especially during our high season from May to September. For corporate functions and special events, securing a reservation 4–6 weeks in advance is advisable to allow for personalization and greater choices.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Our foremost concern is safety. In the event that the captain deems weather conditions to be hazardous, we provide options to either reschedule the charter for the soonest possible date or receive a complete refund. Weather forecasts are monitored thoroughly, and should there be any concerns, we'll reach out to you with a 24-hour notice prior to your departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
You're welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages aboard. Nonetheless, we also have excellent catering services that can be tailored to your tastes. For safety purposes, we do not allow glassware on the yacht.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
Accommodating all guests is a priority for us. Certain yachts are equipped better than others to cater to guests with mobility impairments. We urge you to discuss any specific requirements at the time of booking, so we can guide you to the most appropriate vessel and arrange the necessary facilities.
What is your cancellation policy?
If a cancellation is made more than 72 hours before departure, a full reimbursement is issued. Cancellations within 24 to 72 hours before departure result in a 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are non-refundable, barring instances of unfavorable weather or mechanical problems on our end.
